ST4 Specialty Training Competition Ratios

In 2024 4,409 applications were made for the 1,936 specialty training posts available at ST4 level. An overall competition ratio of 2.28:1.

This marks a decrease of 1.5% in the number of applications compared to 2023, when 4,475 applications were made. The number of posts has decreased by 2.7% compared to 2023, when 1,990 posts were available.
